Hugh Louch is the Deputy Public Works Director at the City of Hayward overseeing the transportation team, which manages the City's street network, including signals and streetlights. Hugh will present on current Transportation Division activities in two areas, Vision Zero and Downtown Parking. No cost for Hayward Chamber Members in good standing. Please register online.
