Mariachi Bands, taco-eating contest and a outdoor market celebrating Mexico's Independence Day/Hispanic Heritage Month with music, dancing, food, and art will be highlights at the Annual Hayward Mariachi Festival 2023 from 4:30 to 9:30 p.m. on Friday, September 29 at City Hall Plaza, 777 B Street.
Vendors must provide their own 10x10 tent, table, and chairs.
Limited food vendor registration available: Vendors selling food or water MUST apply for a Temporary Food Permit (TFF) from Alameda County (info 510/567-6858 Permit Application Form Here ). Foods or beverages stored or prepared at your home are not allowed. All vendors are required to clean up your area and remove all debris when you are finished.
By registering for this event, you confirm that you have completed the Temporary Food Permit process. Those that do not comply will not be able to sell any food or drink products.

I hereby release the Hayward Chamber of Commerce and the City of Hayward, their officers, directors and agents, representatives, employees or anyone connected with management or presentation of the Hayward Chamber Mariachi Festival, of any form of known or unknown damages, injuries, losses or judgements and/or claims of any cause that may be suffered by any entrant to his or her person or property from any and all liability and personal or public property damage resulting from my participation in the events known as the Hayward Chamber Mariachi Festival.
